As a boutique firm, the core of our expertise and practice is entertainment litigation. This includes copyright actions, right of publicity actions, defamation actions, Independent Film and Television Alliance (IFTA) arbitrations and motion picture and television litigation.

A significant part of our practice involves social media creators. A successful influencer is a small business, and we help them with all aspects of running their business from the formation of their loan out company to the negotiation of contracts. We negotiate and draft agreements for all aspects of an influencer’s business, including appearance agreements, book publishing agreements, brand partnership agreements, collaboration agreements, management agreements, merchandise agreements, modeling agreements, podcast agreements, public relations agreements, sponsored video agreements, touring agreements and YouTube campaign agreements.
