Hey Jon,
Love the podcast!
I guess you would call me a micro-influencer, but I am starting to get brand deals and I am worried about disclosures.
My friends/other YouTubers tell me I don’t need to worry about it. But you make such a big deal about it on the Podcast. Why?

Thank you for the question, Billi! And Congrats on your brand deals!

As you put it, I make a “big deal” about disclosures for two reasons:

1) It’s the law and I don’t want you to get in trouble.
2) It’s the law and I don’t want you to get the Brand in trouble.
